Following a great first year, the Outaouais Recreational Hockey League (ORHL) Summer Tournament returns for its second edition β bringing together a full weekend of hockey, competition, and community.

π Divisions
- A Division (6 teams)
- B Division (6 teams)
- C Division (6 teams)
β± Tournament Format
- 30-minute games (3 Γ 10-minute periods)
- Guaranteed minimum 3 games per team
- Round-robin format followed by playoffs
π Playoffs
- Top 4 teams from each division advance to semi finals
- Each divisions has its own finals and champions
π° Cash prize awarded to division winners
- minimum $600
- prize can increase from sponsorship deals
π Full game schedule will be released 2 weeks prior to the tournament

π Tournament Rules
π₯ Penalties
- No power plays or penalty kills
- All penalties result in a penalty shot
π« Icing
- Icing will result in faceoff coming back down
- The puck only needs to cross your defensive blue line
π΅ Offside
- Standard offside rules apply
π§€ Goalie Freeze Rule
- No faceoffs after a goalie freeze
- The attacking team must clear the zone immediately
- Play resumes once the zone is cleared
- Penalties will be assessed to players not clearing quicklyΒ
π Player Gift Bags
All registered players will receive a tournament gift bag.
π Pickup will be located at the main registration/check-in area
π Team captains may pick up bags for their full team if preferred
π Team Information
- Teams must be ready 30 minutes before their first game
- Matching jerseys with visible numbers are required
- Team captains will be the main point of contact
- Tournament staff decisions are final on all rulings
β οΈ Registration Terms & Conditions
To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, the following rules apply:
- A teamβs spot is not secured until deposit is received
- Deposit ($300) deadline: May 10th
- Full payment ($600) deadline: july 1st
- Any team that has not paid deposit by May 10th may lose their spot
- Waitlisted teams may be offered open spots after this date
- Payments are non-refundable after May 10th unless the tournament is cancelled
- If full payment isnβt received by July 1st, the team will start each game with 3 penalty shots against them.
- If full payment isn't received before the day of the tournament, your team risks forfeiting the first g
